Supporting the equitable access to health and social services for people experiencing homelessness in Ontario

This rapid review highlights promising interventions to increase access to health and social services for PEH in Ontario. We synthesize the evidence about these interventions that seek to promote access to health and social services for homeless populations in the province, with attention to enablers and barriers to collaborative cross-sectoral approaches.
